Please please PLEASE take my advice below as we head into cold & flu season:
For my littles, I give them a concoction that boosts their immune system and helps prevent them from getting sick. Or if they are sick it helps kick any cold to the curb really quickly
(Great for adults too!)
Immune boosting concoction (give 5 days a week)

* Probiotics (PB Assist Jr – get these from dōTERRA)
I mix all of this w/ homemade grape juice in a small medicine cup OR the elderberry syrup works just fine too.
Then I make up a roller bottle of oils that I roll on the bottoms of their feet every day:
• 5 drops On Guard
• 4 drops Tea Tree
• 5 drops Frankincense
• 3 drops Oregano
• 2 drops Arborvitae
• 4 drops Melissa (optional but helpful!)
• 4 drops DDR Prime
🚨 Very little to no sugar: viruses feed off of sugar – this includes sugary drinks too (water only of course!) Diet is so important. Fruit (NOT fruit snacks), veggies & protein.
Remember, consistency is key! Do this daily.
