It’s everywhere this time of year. It seems like everyone you know is sick! 🤧 You may be wondering what you can do to protect yourself and your family this season. Well it is your lucky day, because that’s where I come in! Today I will be sharing with you my top 5 tips for staying healthy this cold and flu season.
1 F.L.O.O.T. Immunity Blend – If you don’t have this roller bottle made up yet, I highly encourage you to do so now!
In a 10 mL roller bottle combine:
💧 10 drops Frankincense
💧 10 drops Lemon
💧 10 drops On Guard
💧 10 drops Oregano
💧 10 drops Tea Tree
💧 5 drops Melissa [Optional]
Top with carrier oil (I like to use fractionated coconut oil). Roll this blend on the bottoms of your feet when you wake up and before you go to bed. Bonus: roll it along the spine when you are starting to feel under the weather.
2. OnGuard Sanitizing Mist – I keep these EVERYWHERE! The best thing we can do is wash our hands properly with soap and water, but when that isn’t an option this is the next best thing! Not only does this sanitizing mist smell amazing, but it will keep your hands clear of any lurking germs. Spray on shopping carts, restaurant tables or airplane tray tables to keep your areas clean as well!
3. OnGuard Protective Blend Softgels – On Guard is a great way to strengthen and maintain healthy immune function when needed most. Encapsulated in a convenient softgel, this distinctive blend contains essential oils known for their ability to protect against environmental threats. Take one softgel as needed to promote immune function. I always make sure to take these leading up to travel or when I know I am going to be around a large group of people.
4. PB Assist + – Did you know? Your GI tract not only digests and absorbs nutrients but it also performs very important immune functions in the body! One of the most important ways to keep healthy is to be sure we have a supported intestinal microflora balance. Ensure your GI tract is taken care of by taking a daily probiotic (PB Assist +). You can thank me later!
5. OnGuard Protecting Throat Drops – I can not tell you how many times these babies have saved me from a sore throat getting worse! At first sign of a tingle in my throat I will pop one of these in my mouth. I also like to have them on me when traveling as an extra layer of protected. Plus they taste great!
