It’s November. You know what that means…. sniffle season.
I’m a momma of 3 and I’m here to give you the quickest and best way to boost your child’s immune system in the winter! I’ve been using this concoction below for years and it works. If your little is sick this also helps kick any cold to the curb really quickly ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Great for adults too! YES, both my husband and I take this alongside our kiddos.
Immune boosting concoction (give 4-5 days a week)

- probiotics (pb assist jr – get these from dōTERRA. you can mix these into the concoction OR you can give separtely like a pixie stick. my kiddos prefer taking them like a pixie stick)
I mix all of this w/ homemade grape juice in a small medicine cup OR the elderberry syrup works just fine too.
Additionally, I make up a roller bottle of oils that I roll on the bottoms of their feet every day:
- 5 drops On Guard
- 4 drops Tea Tree
- 5 drops Frankincense
- 3 drops Oregano
- 2 drops Arborvitae
- 4 drops Melissa (optional but helpful)
- 4 drops DDR Prime
One last and very IMPORTANT piece of advice ➡️ try to minimize sugar intake throughout this season: viruses feed off of sugar – this includes sugary drinks too (kiddos need water). I know it’s the season of sugar everything but try to cut back as much as possible. 1 or two cookies instead of 10 😉 80/20
