I’m oftentimes asked “what do you take daily?” so I thought i’d add my daily supplement list below.
These are the supplements I take that I absolutely could not live without. They give my body the energy I need every day to be a mom, run three full time businesses and be able to do it all again the next day. I do suggest taking these with food.

REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration: most often people don’t realize how deficient they are in trace minerals such as sodium, magnesium, potassium and chloride. If you feel tired often, have headaches, have a hard time sleeping and more, then you NEED to be drinking electrolytes daily. This is your sign!
