Maybe you are brand new around here, but if you have known me for years, then you know that essential oils are one of my passions. I truly love educating people on the magic of the contents of these little brown bottles and I still can not believe the difference having these tools has made on myself and on my family! I thought it would be a great time to talk about essential oils so you can see if this is something that you need in your life as well. (Psst… you do!)

What are essential oils?

Essential oils are compounds that are extracted from plants. People have been using essential oils for years and years. This is because they realize the impact that oils can have on our day to day lives. The versatility is truly mind blowing!
