The yummiest Sugar Cookie 🍪

1 cup sour cream (a MUST)
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg
5 cups flour

In a small bowl cream together the sour cream & baking soda, set aside & let sit for 10-15 min. In large bowl or mixer mix together butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla & nutmeg. Add in flour & then finally add in sour cream mixture.

Bake at 400 for 7-10 min.

Don’t overbake. You want these to turn out nice and soft. Makes around 50 cookies.

Icing: powder sugar, a little butter & a little milk!
